The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach and with restaurants nearby.

On the downside, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par, with a poorly cleaned toilet and yellow water. There were also issues with the room, such as a smelly odor, bugs, and dirty sheets and towels.

The room smelled unpleasant. No exhaust fan in the toilet. Water from shower and faucet had a foul odor. Transferred to another hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Alexzus in El Nido. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and main strip. The comfortable beds and clean rooms provided a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The air conditioning was also a big plus, especially during the hot weather. Additionally, the tour people from Alexzu tours were amazing and made our tours unforgettable with their humor and expertise. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with good air conditioning. The location was very central and convenient. The staff were helpful and polite, always there for anything I needed.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

The location of the hostel was convenient for those taking off early, as it was close to the bus depot and allowed for easy access to transportation. It was small and cramped, with a double bed and a bunk single above it, leaving very little space for our belongings. The bathroom was also a letdown, with a constantly dripping tap and a broken shower head. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good service, constantly playing on their phones and not showing any hospitality towards guests.

The cleanliness of the hostel was a major issue, with reports of cockroaches and ants in the rooms.

The hotel offers a variety of tours, bike rentals, and other activities for guests to enjoy. Friendly staff and clean facilities.
